  • Alarm, gas, water, electricity checking.
  • Property inspections in bad weather conditions.
  • Check your mailbox and if necessary, re-send it by e-mail
  • Regular reports to keep you informed of problems and damage.
  • Inspection of your property every 2 weeks: checking all doors, windows, alarm systems, humidity problems or problems with insects.
  • Control of Invoices: light, water, community, alarm etc.
  • IBI taxes, garbage, non-resident tax, vehicle taxes.
  • Home, health, vehicle insurance
  • Organization of gardener and pool maintenance if necessary.
  • Organization of technicians such as electricians, plumbers etc.
  • Arrange other repairs with painters or constructors.
  • Management of payments for utility bills, community expenses, local housing tax payments (IBI), garbage collection rates (Basura), etc.
  • Attend neighborhood community meetings.
  • Deposit some of your personal belongings during the rental period (optional, shall be confirmed).
