A touristic apartment is a type of accommodation that is rented to tourists and travellers for short-term stays. These apartments are usually fully furnished and equipped with all necessary amenities, such as kitchen, bathroom, and living area.

The main difference between a touristic apartment and a regular apartment is that the former is rented for short-term stays, typically for a few days or weeks, while the latter is usually rented for longer periods, such as months or years.

Touristic apartments are legal in many countries, but the regulations and requirements for operating them vary from place to place. In Spain, touristic apartments must be licensed and registered with the local government, while in others, they may be subject to restrictions or prohibited altogether.

The location, price, amenities, and any additional fees or charges that may apply.

You can book a touristic apartment through various online platforms, such as Airbnb, Booking.com, or HomeAway.
